Using LoopLink AC

You may use LoopLink AC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Access to some features depends on your account role, business membership or authorization.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be reasonably accurate and must not impersonate another person or organization.

Businesses and Authorized Users

Business owners, managers, staff and other authorized users may receive different platform permissions. Access to a business does not grant authority beyond the permissions assigned to that account.

Community Content

Users may be able to submit ideas, comments, messages, collaboration requests or other community content. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and must not use LoopLink AC to harass others, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Events, Promotions, Passport and QR Activity

Offers, events, promotions, Passport participation, claims and redemptions may be subject to additional terms established by the participating business or organizer.

LoopLink AC records certain activity necessary to operate and validate these features.

Platform Availability

We work to keep LoopLink AC reliable and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be maintained, updated, suspended or changed when reasonably necessary for security, reliability or platform operation.

Misuse

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account is used to compromise security, abuse platform functionality, interfere with other users, commit fraud, violate applicable law or materially violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

LoopLink AC software, branding, interface elements and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Businesses and users retain their respective rights in content they own and submit to the platform.

Account Deletion

Eligible authenticated users may request account deletion through the Account area of LoopLink AC. Certain historical or operational records may be retained or anonymized where necessary to preserve legitimate business, security or transactional records.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as LoopLink AC evolves. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
