Information We Collect

Depending on how you use LoopLink AC, information may include:

• Account information such as your name, email address and account role.
• Business membership and organizational information.
• Community posts, ideas, comments, messages, polls and collaboration activity.
• Event, promotion, Passport, QR claim and redemption activity.
• Operational records necessary to provide authorized platform features.
• Device notification registration information when push notifications are enabled.

Camera Access

LoopLink AC may request camera access when you choose to scan QR codes for offers, claims, Passport activity or redemptions. Camera access is used for the requested scanning function.

Photos

Where LoopLink AC allows you to choose an image, the application uses Apple's system photo picker. LoopLink AC does not request unrestricted access to your photo library for this feature.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate and secure LoopLink AC, including to:

• Authenticate accounts and maintain sessions.
• Provide business and membership features.
• Operate events, promotions, Passport and QR workflows.
• Provide community, messaging and collaboration features.
• Deliver requested notifications.
• Maintain security, reliability and operational records.

Information Sharing

LoopLink AC does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be visible to other authorized users when that visibility is inherent to a feature you use, such as community activity, business collaboration or operational workflows.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect the platform or its users, or necessary to operate services used by LoopLink AC.

Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain security and authoritative operational records, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Certain transactional or operational records may be retained after account deletion where maintaining the integrity of those records is necessary.

Account Deletion

Authenticated users can request account deletion directly inside LoopLink AC through the Account area of the app.

Account deletion revokes active sessions and removes or anonymizes personal account information while preserving records that must remain authoritative for security, business, transaction or operational integrity.

Security

LoopLink AC uses technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect account and platform information. No networked system can guarantee absolute security, but the platform is designed to limit unauthorized access and protect sensitive operations.

Children

LoopLink AC is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as LoopLink AC develops or as legal and operational requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
